This major project involves the conversion of an existing Salvation Army hall into an Office building with conference space. The original area has been split into two levels with a Steel Mezzanine construction forming a new ground and first floor. This complex project involves the following; Structural steel and ground works, new Electrical and Heating installations, Data cables, new alarm systems, a Kitchen area, Velux windows (electrically operated with rain sensors), Roof and Eaves insulation and ventilation through to Painting and Decorating.
A new Reception counter and rear display units in a Dental Surgery. The units were constructed from Oak veneered board with solid lipping and had a lacquered finished.
