Cedarglade Computerized Estimating
Service is an impartial and independent consultancy service available to
Architects, Contractors and Clients, providing detailed and accurate Estimates
for all building and refurbishment work.
We can also provide rates analysis
sheets, resource lists and un-priced estimates to enable you to gain quotes from
merchants, builders & subcontractors.
Our estimates are prepared by personnel
with many years experience in the building industry using constantly updated
computer databases. They are clear and detailed thus eliminating disagreement
between the contractor and customer as to which works have been allowed for.

Terms
and conditions
Invoices to be paid by return of post. If payment is
not received within five days, interest will be charged on the outstanding
amount at our bank base rate + 5 % until payment is received. Reminder letters
will be charged at £5.00 each.
Whilst Cedarglade Ltd shall take due care in
preparation of the estimate NO liability or responsibility shall attach to CG
for any claim howsoever arising from: a) misinterpretation of your requirements;
b) conflict between oral and written communication; c) errors or omissions in
quantities, calculations or rates; d) any design / specification errors whether
proposed by CG or others.
Complete reliance is placed on you to check all
details of documents prior to using them for any purpose and you shall in all
cases act as the Principal and no responsibility or liability shall attach to
CG.
The
purchaser agrees to report any error found in the documentation within 7 days of
receipt.
The accuracy of our estimate relies on the accuracy and
detail of the information supplied to us. Please check all drawings and supply
as much detail of the site conditions as possible. Site visits can be
