This conservatory is made from white Aluminium and is an addition to the rear of the house. It has a Pilkington K glass roof for UV protection with four open vents. The heating is provided by radiators and an electric under floor background heating system. The conservatory also has two Air conditioning units installed for instant cooling. A soakaway was also built to take the rainwater.
This is a small walkway bridge that has been constructed to give the client access to the other building without the need for climbing up and down a rear spiral staircase.
An original "Victorian Green House" that was completely refurbished and restored to full working order on the clients estate. It had the luxurious addition of two large oil fired greenhouse heaters and its own rainwater irrigation system.
A hand cut roof under construction. The ridge at present runs from front to back, because of the side extension and not wanting to expose the whole roof, the ridge has been altered to run from side to side. The roof area also has Velux windows.
A small domestic knock through between the hallway and the dining room to make an open plan living area.
A corner bath has been removed from this bedroom and a brick built corner shower constructed. The tray was solid cement screed laid to falls, and was covered with Altro flooring with heat welded seams. This project was quite a challenge, as the 1st floor of the house was concrete.

This project involves the conversion of an existing garage into a living room.
The removal of an existing out building and the construction of a new concrete base and Baltic Pine Conservatory /Utility room.
